Shipping & Returns

All products purchased with isaleitapa.com are inclusive of shipping and delivery costs. Isa Lei Tapa Ltd will deliver all orders using the national postal service New Zealand Post. The turnaround time to your destination is between 2-10 working days, depending on which country we are shipping the products to. However, if customers prefer an urgent delivery service, we are pleased to offer discounted delivery rates through FedEx courier serivce.

Please note, this is an additional cost to the product price as advertised.

If a customer wishes to use our FedEx express courier service, please advise us during the payment process, under "Add comments about your order". We will advise you of the final cost before shipping the product(s). We have a tracking system for both delivery options, and we can guarantee both efficiency and security. With our FedEx courier service, we will provide you with a tracking number, to check the status of your shipment online during and after delivery. This can be done via the FedEx website (Link provided above).

Isa Lei Tapa Ltd will notify you immeditately by email, once your shopping transaction has been processed. You will be notified again, once your credit card details have been validated, and the products have been shipped.

CUSTOMS POLICY

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance will be your responsibility, and will be charged to you as the customer. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so you will need to contact your local customs office for further information. When ordering from isaleitapa.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. The package will be marked "Gift," but the cost of each item will be stated on the customs form.

REFUND POLICY

If you receive a product which is defective, please contact us to arrange a refund or replacement. When returning a product, please advise us what the defect is. Defects do not include normal wear and tear, accidents, abuse, misuse and failure to use the product for its normal intended purpose.

It must be in its original packaging and you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs. We will credit your card or send you the refund after inspecting the item(s). The item is subject to evaluation. When you return the item, please ship it in a way that it can be traceable because we will not be responsible for any lost merchandise.
